Dr. Satterwhite answered all of my questions and explained the process of the surgery very well. He gave me a clear picture of the timeline. I feel safe knowing my surgery is in his hands. He seems very intelligent and capable. The initial email was very thorough. We appreciate the outlined expectations, timeline, and video link. Marquise was fantastic, helpful and kind and was very helpful as we prepared for our appointment. Dr. Satterwhite came across very thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable.

Honestly, I have had the best experience and best results with Dr. Gurjala and his staff. Dr. Gurjala is a master at what he does. He really listens and understands what his patient wants. I appreciate him so much and his staff

Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I had questions or worries. Sometimes I felt I was calling too much, and it fell near holidays so hours and availability were somewhat affected but not hugely.

The results are exactly what I imagined. I could not have had a better experience anywhere else. The staff are all very friendly and receptive to my needs without being pushy or impatient with any questions I had. Debbie goes beyond just nursing to help the patients before surgery and after recovery. Dr. Satterwhite is incredible with his hands and heart, in his compassion that is clearer from each conversation.

Everything went well and oxygen therapy seems to b3 helping - though more locations would be nice. Only other comment (this is nothing personal just something I noticed) is that staff often refers to vaginoplasty patients as 'our women'. As I am non-binary and I am sure other patients are as well, more inclusive language like 'our patients' as well as the practice of asking preferred pronouns at every visit would go a long way to help feel non-binary patients feel more at home .
