My experience has been good! Everyone is really nice. I appreciated that I did not have to do pre-op appointments in person since I live so far away. I am not 100 percent on my results (slightly different sizes on remaining chest tissue or asymmetrical swelling) but my quality of life has gotten better. Dr. Jedrzejewski is so personable and kind and does not make me feel like I am an inconvenience. Pilly is really sweet! And the front desk person is great too!
Staff: professional kind and accommodating Surgeon :skillful, knowledgeable and comforting Billing and follow ups: lacking and non communicative and borderline extortion
Very positive bedside manner and connection with Dr Pang. I did not feel rushed and he answered all questions thoroughly. Very kind desk staff. The tech at my appointment never introduced themself and did not explain what their role was in the appointment (they werent taking notes). When Doctor Pang did my physical exam, they turned to face the corner of the room, and then peeked over their shoulder. It was fine for me, but a bit strange overall, especially because we did not know who they were or what they were doing in the appointment. Note - this form did not allow for the option of 'I do not know' in the question of who presented the survey to me, so I picked the first result. I received this over email, and it was signed Dr Pang.
Enjoyed the communication. However, I would have appreciated a reminder on the medication at the visit. I thought it was prescribe in office, not in the facility. I forgot to ask about it and left the office without pre/post op medication. Additionally, Sutter health called the night before surgery to confirm. They also mentioned that both parents needed to be present at the time of physical check-in to sign the consent. This could have been catastrophic, given the fact that we are traveling from out of town. Initially, my husband was not planning to travel with us for this procedure. My question is how did this detail get missed and not passed on to us, and what would have been the second option if my husband was not present in town to sign that consent form.
