I have been VERY happy with all services provided as well as all interpersonal interactions. With that being said...I am a very independent, take charge of my own health type person...and as such I have no complaints about my experience HOWEVER I am also keenly aware of human to human warm fuzzy connection which is something and probably the ONLY thing I have thoughts on in regards to this office. Everyone has been super nice but I sense a feeling of disconnection with the staff. I realize you are all VERY busy however extra ounce of warm fuzzy making me feel like I came home to my favorite family when I come to your office would put you in the 10 range for sure. Thank you sooooo much for all your outstanding service.

Sumi is so kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable about all the lasers, skincare, and injections. She is my expert go-to person when I need a pick me up and a fresh look. I love her!

Sumi is very prossional but also extremely approachable and knowledgeable. I feel I am in good hands with her and trust her completely. It took me some research to finds this office and I am grateful I took the time to explore all options. Dr. Karam and sumi area a wonderful part of the staff and team here. Thank you very much!

Sumi really listened to my needs and concerns. She explained to me exactly what to expect after my injections. she was very professional and gave me exactly what i was looking for. She used enough product to improve my look but not too much to make me look different. i highly recommend Sumi at Carmel Valley Plastic Surgery!
