Very nice, sweet, polite and when they answer the phones they are very helping. Nalani is very nice and helpful along with the whole staff. The chocolate are my favorite as well.

Sumi was great. She provided me with information about the halo laser treatment before, during and after the treatment. She called me today to check on me and made some additional suggestions based on my healing process. She was a pleasure. I cannot wait to see my results.

I first met Dr. Karam in 2012. He was recommended to me by my dermatologist who said Dr. Karam is the only surgeon he would send his wife to for cosmetic facial surgery.I was so impressed with Dr. Karam and placed a deposit. Unfortunately, I had to postpone for 6 years due to medical and work-related issues. Finally, in January 2018 I had my procedure. And though I am still in the healing process, I am very happy with my decision. I found Dr. Karam easy to talk to before and after surgery. He made me feel very comfortable and more importantly very safe. Even when I called him after hours he was very calming to me. I was able to send him text message pictures of my post-op concern. He responded quickly to allay my fears and confirm that all was well. It was very reassuring and I did not have to worry all weekend. I feel he genuinely cares about his patients. .

My results are great. I am at a month so still have a little ways to go however look good now and know it'll just keep improving. All the staff are great also.

Procedure from Sumi not Dr. Karam Sumi is wonderful . Thoughtful , patient , knowkedgeable , patient and thorough . As a physician and patient of hers yesterday , I could tell she was confident and trustworthy and extremely competent. Procedures can have complications and having someone as Sumi in charge made me feel relaxed and not worried . I was in impeccable hands. Perfect job Sumi !
