Overall excellent. The staff members are absolutely incredible. The use of videos and social media are exceptional in preparation and expectation. The only negatives were not having pre-operative prescriptions called in to the pharmacy on my arrival day which was the day before surgery. However, that was quickly resolved with a phone call to the office. Secondly, during the procedure I did feel quite a bit more pain than I expected with local anesthesia and sedation. There was sharpness and needle stabbing pain. I was in a twilight state and unable to verbalize the discomfort. Not the end of the world but I was very aware of it. I can appreciate the post-surgical improvements already and am really looking forward to seeing the improvements every day. It has been a pleasure being a patient at your practice! Thank you!

All in all after the surgery everyone was on time and incredible professional and i felt safe and cared for.Thank you Ishani you are my true angel.In evenings when i did not felt comfortable sleeping on my bag or i was always looking forward seeing you the next day!! You are the super woman and my dear Sister! Wish you the most amazing life!Stacy was a diamond of joy and clarity the day of the operation.Again felt safe knowing she got my life in her hands. Her energy and present that day was my grounding in it all. Antonio and Star were my support team every call and question I mite had.Fast and professional taken care off. Dream Team!! For ever grateful .. Dr. Karam thank you for Sharing your gift of the best Sargent in your field.The endless commitment online and covering your wife's journey got me to choose you to touch my God given face.You have upgraded it and left me looking like God had Created me Forever Gradeful and i know many angels are prayed for you on my day of surgery... Feed back on what i would have like to share is ,the first ever entering your office knowing in 24 hour i will be having the surgery I felt nervous and wish to be greeted in a private office to feel cared for is at for about 45 minutes and then 20 more in the back to meet the doctor for 5 min.Again that day i was extremely nervous and mentioned not to see all the had on the Tv instead it would been appreciated to be more attentive to the first meeting .I felt not safe ,rushed and had to keep reminding I Trust and want to have this done by this office. I love your team today and wish i was welcomed that way.I also waited over one hour to be seen that day a quick acknowledgment of being late goes a long way.I and walking out today with so much joy and love in my heart ,I know this week has changed me for the rest of my life .I feel i got back and look like how i feel .Thank you Dream team !!!

The staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. Kacey is wonderful. Dr. Karam is very nice. The only feedback i would have is the pre-op appt felt rushed. I understand that he probably gets tired of hearing the same questions from patients, but it is a very expensive and important procedure and feeling like you are important and not just another number is important.

No opinion on results yet (day 6 post op). Issues with pre op communications leading up to surgery and lack of response. Post op (in person) care so far has been fine.

Helping coordinate out of town people would be helpfulI would have been willing to pay more for a 'package' type of thing so I did not have to deal with logistics as much. My surgery date was changed due to Dr. Karim's schedule and it was difficult to get things changed.

I had the veritical restore and have been extremely happy! My only concern or disappointment has been the follow up. I wish I could have seen Dr.Karam for a post op at 6 months and onward. I am sending pics to post op email but it is not the same as the personal interaction with the Doctor.

My overall experience was beyond excellent. The staff was caring, thoughtful, and professional from the moment I contacted the office. Dr. Karam's work was outstanding. I was extremely nervous to have my procedure (upper blepharoplasty). Dr. Karam and his staff put me at ease and the follow up was personal and on point. I highly recommend Dr. Karam and his work. .
