Kindred is a nice place to come to get healed if you need wound care or rehabilitation. All the people I have come I'm contact with are so nice and professional. Thanks for caring for me
Everyone has taken such good care of our son. He has been in several hospitals over the last few months and this is the best care he's had. You can really tell everyone actually cares here and we always feel comfortable leaving him here when we can't stay all the time.
I want the staff here to know that I appreciate everyone being so nice and caring while I had to be here for a short time. You've got an outstanding group of people, especially during the day shift and the only complaint I have would be the food, which wasn't very good and not very much. However, everything else I couldn't have asked for better.
As far as I'm concerned, this has been the most rewarding hospital experience. I Have made huge progress in my health and am now completely off the vent and have even walked some. You all have gotten me ready for inpatient rehab and I am excited to get back to where I was. While everyone has been amazing, I have to say Bryan and Suzy have gone the extra mile for me and I know I couldn't have even made the first step toward getting off the vent without Suzy. Bryan talks you through everything without having to ask and never hesitates to answer any questions. Thank you all for the wonderfuk care here.
I just wanted to write a few words to let everyone know how well I've been treated while I was here in the hospital. It makes it so much easier to deal with when people are as good to you as you all have been. Thank Yall very much.
I have had a great experience here at Kindred. Staff is all extremely professional and above average in response time to my needs. The staff on the third floor has been exceptional, especially Wilma, Courtney, Rachel, Seth and Wanda. Wound care is great, Darlene, Miles and Dr. Lynch. Dr. Singh and Dr. McKoy are awesome, too, and Dr. McKoy even sang with me. What a positive experience for having to be in a hospital.
I want to brag on dr Singh here. He is the most thorough and genuinely nice doctor around. He reminds me of doctors back in the old times where they really cared about their patients and this is his calling.
I haven't taken the time since my husband passed say a few things about some people at kindred. Everyone took good care of him but there were some people who especially stood out. Debbie Lassiter always made it a priority to update me first thing each day she had him and also ask how I was doing. She checked on us on days she wasn't his nurse. She is a wonderful, kind hearted person. Holly, our patient rep became like family to us. She made time for me every day and held my hand after he died. I don't know what I would've done without her and I know how much she cared and that it wasn't just because it was her job. Dr. Williams was a blessing. She was always honest and so kind to me and Ralph and I know he liked her as much as I did. That was the hardest time of my life but you all made it a little easier and I really needed the love and support.
We miss kindred! Your facility and nurses are fabulous and so is the rest of the staff. You also have a super nice rehab group. Everyone was so informative and helpful and we definitely miss everyone and the level of care kindred provided us!
