Im telling you as far as nurses and care goes, this place couldn't have been better. We absolutely loved the nurse practitioner, Audrey, and all the nurses and cnas, and everyone else. My wife has gotten so much better and everyone here has been great- much better than where she came from!

I want to give a special commendation to.Holly the patient liason at Kindred in Rome. She went above and beyond in addressing any concerns I had while my Mother was recently hospitalized there. She always went the extra mile to solve any problems that I had and truly seemed to care and want to help. Thanks to her my Mother received excellent csre and she is a true asset to the Kindred staff. Thanks again Holly!

During the holidays, my husband had some breathing issues and ended up in the hospital in Jasper. He was in ICU there for 10 days and then transferred to kindred hospital in Rome. At first, we had a bad experience. That first day here I was ready to say "send him back to Jasper or anywhere but here", but thanks to the nursing staff giving my name and number to the patient liaison, Mrs. Holly Murdock, things couldn't be better. She called me the next day and listened to my concerns and followed up with an investigation and got things right. She also made sure that since I was so far away from my husband, to take pictures of his progress and send them to me. She sends me a text message everyday to see if I have any other concerns and even gets the doctors and nurses to call me to give me updates. He has just been transferred to Floyd rehab yesterday and I can honestly say that this has been the best transitional Care hospital that I have been to. My husband has been in this hospital since December 20. Thank you to all of the staff at Kindred Hospital Rome for taking such good care of him. Hopefully he will get to come home soon.

After some unfortunate events in my life, I wound up at kindred. I know that for a lot of the time I wasn't even well enough to be "with it" but since I have been I have to say that I am so glad to have come here. The icu nurses were okay but not as great as everyone on the step down floor. They have been so good to me, every person who has helped me. Christina smith, Connie, Jennifer Calhoun, and especially janisa and Shannon. Holly Murdock has spent so much time with me and my family and has always kept the communication ongoing between everyone and had some good life talks with me. I can't thank rehab enough either. Suzy got me so far with speech therapy and Katie, Kim,penny,gale, Jamey, Karyn all of them have pushed me to get me where I needed to be. I promise to keep working hard at everything so this never happens again. Thanks again to everyone

Everyone at kindred is so pleasant, and the care and cleanliness was exceptional. It's been the best experience I've had at a hospital, and I would highly recommend it, and my family would too. I've been away from home since June, but the people here have made it feel more like home.

This has almost seemed like a ritzy hotel the way the staff has waited on me here. I couldn't have asked for better people to care for me. I want to especially thank angel, Cindy, and Ayana, Tina, all the nurses and doctors. They are such wonderful people.

Top notch care at kindred, from floor staff to chaplain and up. I can be hard to handle at times, but everyone did everything they could for me.

I consider myself very lucky to have gotten to come to kindred. I feel like this has been so much more than just a hospital and it has been so good. ive been treated so well and there are some really special people here. I can't thank the rehab team enough. They are super: penny gale Karyn Kim Katie and I could never forget sweet Jamey. That group kept me laughing and I had so much fun with them since the first day they saw me. What a wonderful group of people. I also have to thank holly my patient liaison. I call her my troubleshooter and I felt so safe knowing she was checking on me all the time, sometimes multiple times a day.Cindy was the most caring cna and after a little spat, Tina and I became good friends too. They are wonderful employees. Allison was my favorite nurse. She is so special and very hands on. God is going to bring Yall higher and higher and I will never forget any of you. I will always have the fondest memories from here. Please don't forget me either! I love you all.
