The entire experience was very professionally done. Perhaps what impressed me most was the continued service after the sale. Contrary to what I expected, hearing aids do need to be tuned to the person but as the person gets more used to them, his needs actually change in subtle ways. Dr. Anzola insisted on staying on the case, several months, until I was completely satisfied. And, she has asked I return, for free, if my hearing needs change further.

Dr. Anzola is an excellent audiologist and her staff is more than helpful when arranging appointments. She and her staff are delightful and concerned about their patients. Having come from a family where hearing loss was generic, I knew that I would be a candidate for hearing aids! Now, at 80 years of age, I need them. I checked with my doctor for his recommendation and we agreed that McLean's Dr. Ana Anzola and Ascent Audiology was ideal for me. Their concern, excellent service and thorough examination of my hearing needs confirmed that I needed hearing aids. Within one week, I was wearing my new 'in the canal' hearing aids with three volume levels that address the various types of hearing assistance that I would need. It was a wonderful awakening for me and I feel like my old self! Learning to put in and remove my aids is very easy and their maintenance is minimal. Plus, Dr. Anzola and her staff are just one block from where I live. When I need hearing aid adjustments, I can be at her office in less than five minutes!

If I have to rate my experience with Dr Anzola, there is no doubt that she along with her staff (including Christine & Randi) deserves a "6" stars instead of 5. From the moment I walked in, I felt that I have found the right place. Dr Angola is very professional, attentive listener, knowledgeable, has caring attitude. Overall, service was excellent. I had my old hearing aid replaced, I just love the new ones I got. I highly recommend this place.

Great Service and Assistance
Dr. Ana Anzola was very helpful, patient, and very professional in my dealing with her. I went to the office because I had trouble hearing for a check up and not intending to get hearing aids. However, after the consultation with Dr. Anzola, I realized that I needed the hearing aids. I have been very happy with them as well as made my husband happy since he did not have to repeat talking to me all the time. The follow up service was also great. I highly recommend this facility if you need hearing aids.

This is my third experience with an audiology and I know I need to look no further. Dr. Anzola and her team are extraordinarily successful in creating a professional, gracious and carrying atmosphere. Dr. Anzola's knowledge saved me from having to replace a relatively new and expensive set of hearing aids that no longer kept up with my hearing loss - something I was told could not be done by my previous doctor. Her modifications have given me an improvement in both volume and clarity that have been an enormous help in enjoying everyday interactions.

They have a pleasant waiting room and did not mind that I turned the TV off. I have the impression that they would go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. So far I have gotten an appointment time that works for me. I left feeling well educated regarding my condition. Not only were all my questions answered, but they were answered fully and comprehensively. I was satisfied with the level of service I received here, and that I got the help I needed. Dr. Anzola and her colleagues are very positive and reassuring. I am confident they will keep researching and trying everything they think will work until we get my issues fully resolved.
