EXCELLENT! Everything is wonderful! The entire staff is polite and professional. I'm greeted with coffee every appointment. Very good coffee! Even when I'm early they do their best to see me as soon as possible. I am very satisfied with the hearing aid process. It is an adjustment period and although I became frustrated at first Dr. Anzola was very patient with me.

Dr. Anzola and her great staff have really done an amazing job improving my hearing capabilities, and customizing the devices for my life circumstances, as well as providing great service with any adjustments, etc. I highly recommend them to all. Highly professional, knowledgeable, attentive and courteous.
I went to Ascent Audiology in McLean because my hearing had diminished. I had not previously had or needed hearing aids. I was very impressed with the company's audiologist, Ana Anzola, who tested my hearing and determined my level of hearing loss. Ana took her time thoroughly explaining the various hearing aid options to me and answering all my questions. Once I made my choice of hearing aids, she explained that I could come back to get my hearing aids adjusted and cleaned and also be provided with replacement batteries. Overall Ana and her colleagues are very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous. I highly recommended Ana Anzola for anyone with hearing difficulty or anyone considering hearing aid choices.

Generally meeting my needs. Still adjusting to them, it takes time to adapt. I appreciate the patience and the friendly manner of the care I receive at Ascent with Dr Anzola and staff.

Excellent!
I highly recommend Dr. Anzola. From my first appointment for a hearing screening, through my most recent hearing aid check-up, I have found her professional, attentive, and responsive. Her patient help and suggestion on the best hearing aid for me is much appreciated, and her judgment has been vindicated. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Dr. Anzola and staff are always friendly an provide excellent service.
My wife and I hold a spiritual program twice a week
In our home and without my hearing aid I could not participate but with their good service and care , everything went out very well.

No other Doctor
There cannot possibly be a better audiologist and staff than what I have found with Dr. Anzola.
There are not enough words to describe the top notch professionalism and competence that is represented within Dr. Anzola's practice. Asking for better hearing health service would be simply laughable.

I'm happy
I have nothing bad to say about Ascent audiology or Dr. Anzola. So Far she has been very patient with me and explains everything to me in detail, she is always recommending or giving me tips on how to use my hearing aid. I would totally recommend Ascent audiology to friends or just anyone in general.

Great Experience
Dr. Anzola is great! She took time to listen to my questions and comments regarding using hearing aids. She has answers to all the questions I had so she ended up educating me a lot. She is not only knowledgeable but very capable, making it possible that using hearing aids is not TOO BAD, and even helpful for me to enhance communication with others. She was also accommodating with scheduling my appointment; Due to my work schedule the only time I was able to see her was closer to closing time of her office hours, but she took me in to make an adjustment for the equipment a few times.
Overall it was a great experience at Ascent and I highly recommend that everyone, who is experiencing or suspecting hearing loss, should go see her!

Dr. Anzola and her staff are friendly and professional. The office runs smoothly and there is genuine concern shown by all. My particular hearing loss has been addressed with the most cutting-edge technology, and my device is all but invisible. I would recommend Dr. Anzola and everyone who works for her.
