We have been very pleased with our time at CARE. Dr. Kevin Doody has efficiently gotten us through the entire process of intake to graduation. His nurses have been phenomenal at answering all questions in a very timely manner. I always felt like I had all my questions answered. I have also enjoyed seeing Dr. Katie the last few times we have been here, her bedside manner is calming and she gives a lot of very helpful advice. The process has been laid out clearly at each step. It may have helped at some points to have longer hours available for the sperm sample for men who are working and unable to get off easily but we know this is not a normal accomodation Overall we have loved our time at CARE and will be back to transfer our other embryos when the time comes

Overall had a pretty good experience. Helpful and kind staff. Sometimes I felt like expectations were not always explained and communication could improve at times. For example, during egg retrieval, it was not explained what follicle size needed to be to produce an egg, so I was disappointed when the number of eggs retrieved were about half the follicle count.

Dr Doody and her husband have both been wonderful! And most of the staff is incredible!! I did have a few instances with another staff member where my questions were ignored and I was rushed through. Those few times were disappointing but overall my experience with the staff has been incredible.

the doctor was sincere and had a motivation in every appointment to help us get to our goal of getting pregnant. videos were provided to explain the process and treatment. every appointment, i was greeted by the nurses and ladies up at the front. in both bedford and fort worth locations, everyone was so kind and optimistic for me in my journey. i felt very comfortable being seen by the doctor and nurses here, compared to other places where i did not feel that. would recommend to others.

Wonderful experience! Dr. Kevin and staff were very professional and never overbearing. We had excellent communication and never had to wait long at our appointments. Staff is very friendly and courteous.

My overall experience was excellent! Everyone was so nice and positive! Dr. Nackley is exceptional Doctor and very personable to my specific specific issue. I am very sad to leave to go to another doctor I dont think I will have an experience like this office. I never had to wait long and someone was always able to help when i had 100 questions at the beginning of this process.
