Generally, our experience here was splendid. Doctor Kevin is the sort you want to have around for a first-time experience, and truly each experience thereafter in large part due to his knowledgability and care. The nursing and other staff were, with a couple of exceptions isolated to specific persons, also overall quite kindly.

Dr Nackley was the absolute best! She was so informative and helpful in our journey to conceive our second child. I could not recommend her and her staff enough. There was not a time that I was not fully taken care of!

Dr Knackley was great but the staff not so much. We felt like the staff did not have much care for us as patients in the clinic.

We used Care Fertility to conceive our second child (first child was at a clinic closer to our home when we lived in Arkansas). The doctor was patient with us and helped us go through each fertility treatment choice (we had about four meetings). He was knowledgeable on providing responses to us that were based on existing and current research. Overall our experience was positive. My only feedback is that once we decided to move forward with our selected treatment, it was hard to know where we were in the process. Sometimes there appeared to be confusion or seemed like information was not shared across all units. This made me a bit uneasy as I felt the responsibility to be the one to make sure all were in communication with one another.

The staff was wonderful. This is our second pregnancy with Dr. Kathy/Dr. Kevin and we have felt so supported. Very lucky to have such a great team.

Dr, Nackley was warm caring and a wonderful doctor. She made the experince so much better, We had a few issues with scheduling where the front desk messed up our times and billing. Also high turn over of care coordinators was very frustrating and caused communication issues and billing issues. Overall practice management was frustrating to work with and inconsistent.
