Dr. Nackley and her team were very patient and kind during my fertility treatments. They always had my best interest in mind with cost and treatment. I enjoyed the professionalism, environment, and patience. The fertility process is very difficult and they made me feel calm and comfortable throughout.

My husband and I have been overall happy with the experience we have received with Mrs. Doody and the staff. The few times we have had issues is with the person who does the prior authorizations and the lab lady scolded me for not having the right paperwork when dropping off a seman sample for my husband but I was never given any paperwork or even a cup. I had to bring a cup home from work to use. We loved the male embryologist he was very knowledgeable and great at putting things in a wording we could understand. He also took his time answering all our questions. All the nurses have been amazing!

Would be helpful to know a roadmap of all potential/required tests and fees from the beginning. Sometimes it felt like each time we were finished with one test, there was always another one that we were unaware of. That said, we were walked through each step along the way and were ultimately successful, so we are so grateful for Dr. Doody's experience, expertise, and knowledge of cutting edge studies/techniques.

My time spent at CARE with Dr. Nackley and all of the staff has been nothing short of amazing. This has been one of the hardest and most emotional things I have gone through but Dr. Nackley and her staff always made me feel welcome and like family. Dr. Nackley is caring, sensitive, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and like she is doing everything she can to help you. I hope my husband and I will be back to have baby #2 with Dr. Nackley.

Dr. Doody has been so wonderful. He was very attentive, made himself very well informed of my transferred file in advance of my first appointment and always takes his time with me. I never feel rushed or unimportant. The course of treatment was exactly what we wanted even though other doctors had pushed us to use more expensive treatments.
