Dr. Kathy Doody is a wonderful doctor who helped me get pregnant with both of my first two IVF embryo transfers. I could tell from my first interactions with her that she knew her stuff and that she had been doing this for a long time. I just trusted that she had my best interest in mind. Most of the nurses that I interacted with during my time at the clinic were also fantastic. Unfortunately, there are a few administrative women at the clinic who are impatient and unkind. Since the administrative staff are on the front lines, it's critical that these people treat patients with kindness, especially since this is a process that is painful for so many patients. Towards the beginning of my time at Care Fertility, I was trying to get some answers about prescriptions and someone by the name of Amy (I believe it was Amy.) was so short and rude with me on the phone that it actually brought me to tears. I have had a few other unpleasant conversations with the administrative staff at this clinic as well. Overall, I would come back to this clinic again because of Dr. Doody and because I am leaving with what I wanted most: a baby.

Everything overall I would say was fine but to be honest, I always felt kind of like just a number here. I never knew who I was talking to and it just was not a very warm feeling when coming into the office but I know it could have just been Covid circumstances. I am still very grateful for Care Fertility and everything you did for me.

Everything was amazing with the customer service and care. I wish the billing was a bit more detailed. I was not told until my very last visit about my co pays. I would have rather it been collected at the time of service.

Overall, we have had a pleasant experience. Recommendations: more follow up with patients who have experienced a negative pregnancy test. And more information about expectations with medications. We have always been given the opportunity to ask questions, but sometimes we would not know what questions to ask because we were so unfamiliar with the precoess.

I felt very comfortable and taken care of at CARE. Dr. Kathy always made time for me, even if it was a time we did not have an appointment scheduled. All of the staff are very patient and kind. Thank you all so much!

My overall experience with Care and the staff was wonderful. In a time in your life with infertility is scary the staff at Care put you at ease. I would highly recommend Care to anyone wanting to grow their family.
