We have had just one appt. and are looking forward to going back again. But they said they would call and never did - so I called several times because my husband asked me to - he is the patient. The staff is bad at communicating, and when I told her my insurance changed from the time we had been there, she was all concerned about that, a lot more so than trying to get things to where my husband can get back in to fix his pain issue. So now they have banned me from coming in or calling - I never used any cuss words - I just have grown inpatient with them. Dr is good - staff is bad.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

No, but they said they were going to!
