I thought he was a great Dr until he lets his staff walk all over and lie to you ! I haven't been there since the beginning of Feb this year cause I lost my insurance due to getting laid off of work and his staff said " they would make a payment plan for me and not to worry about it he will still see you ". That was a flat out lie ! When I showed up for my appointment the women said " NO WE DON'T DO PAYMENT PLANS " ! I said " you told me over the phone you would ", she said " we'll save more then $300 additional $ for drug testing then we will see you ! I would like to talk with Dr. Brett Lockman myself to see if he knows about this, also I just started my job back at the beginning of this week and I really need my meds to perform my job correctly for 10hrs a day, also to help keep my pain under control after work. I'm hoping he will allow me to make payment arrangements until I get our insurance in Dec. I haven't been on my meds since Feb and had to quit cold turkey and be in severe lower and upper back pain. It seems like your staff don't care wether the pain interferes with my work that provides for my family. I never thought your team there could be so cruel ! Please Dr. Lockman help me get my pain relief again for I can support my family.
Dr. Lockman took a lot of time with me and was very thorough. I've seen him for 4 months now and I am feeling a lot better. My back pain is about 80% gone and we are now working on my headaches and neck pain. he is a rare find.
