Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

Dr. Cho and his staff are great. I used invisalign and had to come in regularly over almost 2 years. Dr. Cho and his whole staff always greeted me with a smile and were always very accommodating of my schedule. Couldn't be happier with the result or the process.
