They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They have the very latest in orthodontic care and treatments here. I was very impressed with all the new and sophisticated equipment in their facility. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. During my visit, the orthodontist made sure to check my teeth and answer any questions I might have.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always take that extra initiative and always put our options on the table when making a decision. They are all extremely helpful and welcoming, and they always make you smile. Dr. Cho and everybody here really do know what they are doing. I recommend this place to anybody who is interested in orthodontic treatment.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
