I got a root canal done there paid almost a 1000 dollars out of pocket after insureance and was in pain way past the alotted timeframe I was told. She did something wrong. I cant recall exactly what but at the tiem as this was over a year ago, whenI questioned a friend dentist in another state they informed me that what she did is not ethical and told me they recommend I go back. Well, despite this advice once I was in pain again later in the year I went back andws told I needed yet another root canal on a different tooth. However, this time my insurance covered it 100%. When I questioned why I had to pay 900 plus earlier in the year they discovered they didnt consider and charge my secondary insureance. SMH. I didnt get a root canal and said I wanted my money back. They have given me 200 but I am still waiting for hte rest. I still have to get my dental problems resolved but refuse to give them another dime. I won't be going back here.

I guess I'm forced to give 1/2 star- I'd give non if it was possible. I've been one of those people who grew up having lots of cavities so I have never had any fear of dentists. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I went in for a filling and then all of the sudden I'm getting a root canal! That wasn't the worst of it. She actually touched my nerve with the drill- I jumped- it was one of the most painful and frightening things i have endured... and I've had a baby! What I could not believe is that she didn't even apologize. She knew she had done something wrong and did not even want to deal with me. I was in pain for days after. She didn't even follow up to see how I was doing after the root canal. I actually called up the office, demanded to speak with her and asked her why she didn't even bother to check up on me after the procedure and after seeing how traumatized I was. She said nothing. Horrible bedside manner.

I talked to a couple of other people in town about her and they had equally awful experiences as well. One person said that she actually left the drill bit in the tooth she was filling! Who does that! PLEASE DO NOT GOT HER THIS DENTIST SHE IS INEXPERIENCED AND UNAPOLOGETIC GO TO DR HOLSER IN XENIA- HE ACTUALLY RESTORED MY FAITH IN DENTISTS
