On 09.16.20 my sister, her husband and I visited Collins Chiropractic. He entered the exam room with his mask below his nose. I kindly asked him to raise it above his nose. (and wondering why I am having to even say these words to a doctor!) He became belligerent saying "I cannot wear a mask 24 hours a day!" I asked him who said he had to do that. He was not social distancing, the exam room door was closed and now he is saying things to me like "I listen to science, not CNN or any news, I read my science." Now he has moved his mask down below his chin! I explained that the three of us were wearing masks to protect him and his staff. Why can't he give us the same respect? He then said 'This conversation is over!" I explained that this appointment was over and walked out.

He developed his own technique that’s published in medical studies. Non traditional, no crack or popping. Very smart, explains everything that’s going on, beyond thorough. Gets you of pain so quickly, then tells you to come back when needed. We are now lifetime patients.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
