I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Every time I go there, I hear people talking about the good care they have received and people feel like they are family. The only thing that is a minus is the fact that they are always busy, since the doctor divides his time between two offices.

They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Dr. Collins was referred to me from multiple friends and family, after suffering from chronic pain for 13 months. I had been to 7 specialists for treatment of what I thought was an ear infection, eardrum rupture or sinus infection.. My first visit to Dr. Collins, he was able to diagnos TMJ. After suffering for 13 months, 7 specialists, and thousands spent on over the counter sinus meds, Dr. Collins eliminated my pain in 3 visits w/in 5 days.
