The office staff was unwilling to be flexible about an appointment convenient to me to get in to see the provider. They make no effort to be flexible in booking appointments. Very frustrating! When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. .
