I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida, working clients in the SoFla area. Relationships are my passion, whether it be a marriage, a family or an individual's relationship with themselves. I am also a clinical supervisor and work with state registered interns.
Repair & Revitalize Your Relationship: When there is a break in the connection between partners it can feel devastating. A natural life change or other negative stressors can greatly impact or even break a marriage or relationship. Perhaps your sense of trust has been broken. You may not even be sure of what went wrong but it just no longer feels the same. My work with you will help you identify problematic behaviors and get your closeness and intimacy back to where you want it to be. When children are in the mix and have felt the brunt of your relationship issues, it is also critical that they process these events in a manner that will help strengthen them and encourage them to cope in positive manner, particularly of divorce is inevitable.
Become More Present In Your Life: Whether you are in crisis or wanting to understand more about yourself, individual therapy is a space for you to have time to concentrate solely on YOU. I guide clients towards expressing unspoken feelings, examining learned behaviors, and developing strategies for living a more connected, fulfilling life.
Feel free to call for a free 20 minute telephone consultation. I work on a sliding scale fee to meet you and your family's needs.

She is very friendly and professional. My wife was reluctant to go to therapy we were on the verge of separation and after two appointments my wife was convinced to give our relationship a second chance. Be careful with marriage counseling, it was not what I expected. The therapy dug up all the past issues we had ever encountered as a couple, after the first exercise my wife decided to go thru with divorce. It did not help at all to bring us to reconcile our relationship, instead focused on all the negative aspects of our marriage. The doctor suggested we did not see each other for at least a monthI When all my wife had asked me for was a few days appart to let things cool and eventually try to work on our marriage.
