My experience with Dr.Ravello is extremely unsatisfying. Her nurse could not “find veins” for drawing blood in spite of that fact I had blood taken in the ER just a few days prior. I was kept waiting in the empty waiting room for well over 45 minutes.

My experience with Dr Ravello was frustrating and expensive. During my visiting with Dr Ravello, at her practice, Natural Medical Solutions, she suggested that I have blood drawn for multiple, very expensive tests, to explain my chronic fatigue. In a follow up appointment, all she did was to read the results to me verbatim. She was unable to answer any questions I had about the report, or to offer explanations as to the cause for my fatigue. She did suggest ten treatments. I asked what they would be, to which she said, all kinds. Again, absolutely no explanation as to the type or purpose of the treatments. I asked if I could count on positive results for my chronic fatigue, and she said no, there were no guarantees. Checking out I was advised that the cost for the ten treatments was $16,700. The total to be paid in advance. I declined the treatments and recommended supplements, but I was now out over $5,700, with nothing to show for the trouble.

Before going to Dr Ravello, I checked reviews and they were all glowing and positive. That is why I felt it important to share my experience, for others seeking out holistic health solutions. I posted my negative experience on her Facebook page and at yelp. Interestingly, her Facebook page is now gone. My review on yelp is hidden under a category titled “reviews that are not currently recommended.” As a result, review searches for Dr Ravello, still show only glowing reports.

Dr Ravello called me. She offered to give me the ten treatments, free of charge. I declined. She then offered to reimburse me what I’d paid. I wrote her a letter thanking her, and accepting that offer. She wrote back, stating that she would repay me. That was in October of 2018. I wrote a letter in February asking when I could expect my money back. Again her office called but this time I spoke to Julie, the staff phychiatrist, whom I’d never met. She asked me questions and put me on hold, multiple times, finally saying that they’d see me in court. So now I find myself pursuing litigation. I hope no one else has to go through this . I’m not the only one with a bad experience; there are others with similar stories.

I saw Dr. Ravello 4 years ago for underarm laser hair removal & I am still dealing with scaring caused by second degree burns. She was so unprofesional & irresponsible in handling the matter. If you are thinking about seeing her for any procedure, I would highly advise you to find someone else. I would not wish what I went through & am still dealing with on anyone.

Dr. Ravello did an excellent job helping my sister recover from the side effects of radiation treatments when the people who did the radiation said that there was nothing they could do about the side effects. My sister could barely breath and was coughing all the time. The aromatherapy mixture that Dr. Ravello used cleared my sisters lungs of all the congestion and helped her breath clearly. Dr. Ravello taught me how to do the treatment so that I could do it at home as needed. We still use the treatments and my sister is doing well. I know that any doctor needs to make money but I can truly say that Dr. Ravello showed us that she was more interested in my sisters care than she was in the money. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Ravello is one of the most caring and patient doctors that I've come into contact with in years. She takes the time to actually listen to you no matter how silly you may think your issues are. I have told many people about her and will definitely continue to use her for any other problems I may have.
