After going to the hospital 3 times already and having no positive outcomes, I had made an appointment to visit Dr. Ravello but I had such a bad stomach pain I called her to cancel because I was headed to the hospital again. It it wasn't for Dr. Ravello calling me and telling me to give her a least 1 hour to see me, God know how much more I would have spent (money and time) at the hospital. All it took was 20 minutes and Dr. Ravello did what 4 M.D.s couldn't, I was feeling much better and within 2 days my pain was gone. I strongly recommend to see her no matter what the problem is.

I have LOVED my experiences at Natural Medical Solutions! The staff is friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. I have gone for a facial, and I loved the experience (and my skin looked great afterwards!) I have also done laser hair removal with Dr. Tobias and loved it! I have gone to other places for laser hair removal and it didn't work on me (even after 6 sessions). But at NMS, I began to see results after just 3 visits. I recommend them to all my friends!

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

I was worried that I would experience some negative side effects from the herbs they prescribed me, but I didn't. It made me even more confident that Gail Ravello Tobias, ND knew what they were doing. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They definitely didn't skimp on their equipment here. It was very advanced and sophisticated. I was really impressed.
