I just realized I've been seeing Trey for over a year. I still go about every 2-3 weeks, but when things get rough (isn't that life, something always comes along :( I do go see him weekly again. He never minds and is able to adjust the schedule :)

He's very patient and thoughtful with how he listens and the advice he gives. He's really helped me!
