Welcome! It is my hope that you are here because you would like your life to be different in some way. What may have worked for you in the past is no longer working. As a Master's level Licensed Social Worker, my goal is to help you clarify and resolve the difficulties you are facing in a way that makes sense for you. I work with clients dealing with various issues including mental health concerns, relationship and family difficulties, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse survivors, LGBTQ issues, grief, work/school difficulties, and adjustment to significant life changes.

I just realized I've been seeing Trey for over a year. I still go about every 2-3 weeks, but when things get rough (isn't that life, something always comes along :( I do go see him weekly again. He never minds and is able to adjust the schedule :)

He's very patient and thoughtful with how he listens and the advice he gives. He's really helped me!
