The office staff are sometimes rude and make appointment errors. I have decided to refer clients somewhere else.

I went a couple times and was told due to the odor of smoke and the therapist allergy did I want another therapist? Since my life's in turmoil and I smoke ciggertes I can't receive help. It made me feel terrible ... This was one therapist I can't speak to the rest.
