Billing was messed up. I noted it immediately and alerted them. They said they'd explore it and get back to me.Two months after my appointment, I'm still getting billed for a session that was supposed to go through my EAP. Was just advised that not to worry about it, they'd take care of it. Let's hope . .. . Decided to go to see them to help me through a stressful time. Just added to my stress.
