We are really lthankful for this clinic and the staff are always so nice. Dr. Parker has been so great with treating our aging Levi and guiding us. I’m thankful they will be with us during this time.

Dr. Parker misdiagnosed my pet, prescribed a bevy of special medications, overcharged by a factor of 3 some of the non-prescription
medication and also nickle-dimed me with a $3.00 "disposal fee" for syringes used by her. I will shoot my pet before I take it back to this supposed "doctor". I tried not to mark a star as there is not one for Zero but the site would not allow it.

Dr. Parker is an excellent veterinarian in all ways. She is knowledgeable, caring,compassionate, explains options clearly, invites the owner to discuss options together, and respects the options chosen by the owner. She is wonderful to the animals, which you expect from all veterinarians, but some are much better than others. She really went beyond my hopes expectations, especially since we were new to her care, when my dog passed. I will remember and appreciate this forever.

Her clinic is a well-oiled machine, i.e. very organized, with just the right people in all of the right places. She is very busy for good reason but spends as much time as needed with the animal and owner. When I moved to Medina, I wanted my veterinarian established first, even before a primary physician. My Medina friends recommended her .. and only her.

All personnel are excellent in their respective duties i,e. all
veterinary technicians and staff.

Procedures, such as having a candle lit in the waiting room when an animal is passing, is really nice.

The waiting room is small.. I wish there could be a community effort to fund an expansion for the clinic.

Dr. Parker is a very caring vet and treats your pets as if they were her own. She is active within the community and not only is she a great vet she is a great person. I am so lucky to have her as my vet for my animals. I will go to her as long as she is practicing.

Kelly Parker is a wonderful vet!! Her practice is always busy!! The staff is friendly and helpful. She will not do unnecessary procedures and is a honest vet. I highly recommend her to everyone!!
