My experience with Dr. Alexander and Co. was superior, from beginning to end. Dr. Alexander listened and responded to my needs and concerns. The staff is incredible, and my surgery experience could not have gone better. I am extremely pleased with my results from my breast implant replacement, and love the way I look now. The results truly surpassed my expectations.

Dr. Alexander is completely thorough and professional. And I cannot say enough his personality. Makes you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you shake hands with him. I highly suggest checking his website for before and after pictures. He does some amazing work. The staff is amazing too. Wonderful, caring, professional young women.

Dr. Alexander is the epitome of what a doctor should be--intelligent and experienced, kind, communicative, and caring. My experience, despite the downfalls of a complication, have been nothing but exceptional--everything from staff and reception to physician communication and technique. I cannot say anything but great things about Dr. Alexander and his staff. I tell my girlfriends who are researching surgeons to go to a physician who you know you can trust and communicate with, because if a complication occurs, you want to know you would have someone reliable that will take care of you when needed. And that is exactly what Dr. Alexander did for me. I had a successful breast augmentation performed, and 2 weeks post-op, I developed a hematoma that required an emergency surgery. It happened first thing in the morning when I woke, I realized my right chest had formed some bleeding underneath. I called Dr. Alexander's office, and he immediately got me into surgery within the hour. He has been following me closely ever since. I am glad I chose Dr. Alexander and his staff.

Starting with my initial visit/consult, the entire staff made me feel safe, comfortable and important. Each person was professional yet warm and friendly, demonstrating interest, care and concern for me. Every question I had was answered completely and I was invited to call the office with any other questions I might have after leaving. Dr Alexander was most thorough in all explanations and provided me with excellent and viable suggestions for my personal surgical needs and I had total trust in his competence and expertise! No surprise he is in the BEST category. Surgery went exactly as explained...the staff at the Surgical Center was attentive, professional, humorous and met every need and answered every question. I was contacted by both doctor and anesthesiologist the night before surgery...very reassuring. All medications were excellent--very minor discomfort, follow-up care and advice could not have been better. The staff I dealt with--Anita, Lindsay, Gabby and Tara are more than competent and helpful. They give the Personal Touch and I say Thank You for the Wonderful experience. I would be proud to recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr Alexander and his office staff are always so helpful and caring. They take their time to explain all the pros and cons of the different procedures. They made me feel super comfortable during the Botox procedure.

I initially found Dr. Alexander on Google, then chose him by reading reviews on different websites. My experience with Dr. Alexander has been amazing. I love the results of my procedure. Dr. Alexander and his staff are very knowledgeable and super friendly.

Dr Alexander was amazing. everything you look for from your plastic surgeon. he patiently listened to all of my concerns. he did a magnificent work , exactly what i was expecting for.I feel like I WON my breast again. all of the office ladies were very nice and very professional. Highly recommended.

I wold like to thank Dr. Alexander and staff members for the excellent service. Since the first time I walk trough that door, the girls are always smiling and making conversation with you. For me,they make me feel like I was part of the family. My procedure was a tummy tuck and am really satisfied with the results. Dr. Alexander is great a doctor he was calling me almost every day before my surgery to make sure I did not have any question and to make sure I had my nurse Linda ready.Not every doctor does that.Once again thank you so much for everything. To all the staff members I can not thank you enough for being so nice. Once again Dr. Alexander is my number one doctor.

I am the kind of person that reads reviews before going for anything esp when it comes to surgery. I did my research, read reviews on Dr. Alexander and I was amazed by the comments. So there, made my appointment and first my first impression was great, great office and friendly staff. After meeting Dr. Alexander for the first time, I felt/knew he would be my plastic surgeon. He was soft spoken, knowledgeable, answers all your questions. He is never in a rush and is very confident on what he does. As a nurse, infection was always my concern. I had an extended tummy tuck by the way. I did not have any infection. Pain post surgery is tolerable as long as you follow his instructions. If ever in the future, that i would do another procedure, I would definitely go for Dr. Alexander. Believe the hype. He is the Michael Jordan of plastic surgery!!!

DR Alexander was excellent in every step of the process from the initial consultation to the actual surgery. The way Dr Alexander and his team of trained professionals treated me was amazingly kind. caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and most importantly with patience and concern for me. The letter that I received from Dr Alexander after my first consult validated why he is the best and why his staff is so professional and trusting. I researched several doctors who were Board Certified and Dr Alexander by far was above and beyond what you can ask for in a top trained professional I could not have asked for a better all around experience and the final results were exceptional.
