he was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. he did an amazing job and they look very real. I showed him a few pictures of what I was looking for and they turned out better than expected. amazing doctor I recommend him to everyone I know!

Dr. Alexander and his staff answered all of my questions, even the ones that I was nervous to ask. This was my third procedure with him. I have returned to Dr. Alexander because I trust that I will get the best treatment.

I was very impressed by Dr. Alexander and his entire staff. Beginning with my consultation, they treated me as if I had been a patient for years. Dr. Alexander is very knowledgeable in his field and I felt very comfortable in his care.

The whole staff in the office were great. After talking with Dr. Alexander about what I wanted for my final result he knew exactly what to do! He did an amazing job and I would recommend him to everyone!

I was very overwhelmed about vast amount of surgeons in the Las Vegas area and making sure that I made the right decision. After my first appointment with Dr. Alexander and his staff all my concerns were gone. I was incredibly satisfied with the office visits, the staff and especially the Doctor. His bedside manner is impeccable and made myself as well as my boyfriend feel incredibly at ease. I am unbelievable satisfied with my results and would recommend him to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon in the Las Vegas area.

Overall experience was incredible! Office is beautiful. Staff is amazing. Always kind, helpful, caring and patient. As for Dr. Alexander, I do not know where to begin. I felt very at ease and in safe hands during consultation and surgery. I am pleased with the results of my procedures and look forward to coming back in the future.
