I recently had to change to a different clinic to be treated for chronic pain. I want everyone to know, that if you go to the Everett office, DO NOT SEE LENNY TOI! he is the absolute worst wanna be doctor I have ever seen. he is very condescending, rude, and just an all around @$$ #*%e. I can't stress enough that he has no intention of helping you. as a matter of fact, he can actually be detrimental in your treatment. trust me, you need to listen to this if you go to seattle pain centers in Everett. I also found out that i'm not alone in this. he has caused several patients to leave to other places!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm giving him 1 star on review only because it seems I have to do atleast one. I would give negative stars if given option

I have been going to this place for a while when they all of a sudden gave me Lenny Toi PA-C. This guy is rude and doesn't explain anything to you. The first time he seen me he wanted to to bring in my medical record so I went to the doctor and my doctor said that I needed to sign a release form to as what Lenny wanted so I went to my next appointment to Lenny and told him this. What he told me if he doesn't get this he can not refill my medication. So I sign the release form. One month later I went to the appointment and the first thing I ask was did you get my medical record you ask for. He look up on the computer and said no. Then he said that he can't give me my refill. I ask him what can I do next and he toss (not handed) me this paper and said they will help you. Then he walk out of the room. Didn't even waited for me to ask anymore question. The three time that I had him he really wouldn't talk or answer any question. I went to my doctor and was told they sent what he was asking for. I will make it a point to not ever see Lenny again.

I have been going to Seattle Pain Center in Everett for about 5 years. I had the best Dr. Jeanine Godec. She was very professional and caring. She helped me for many years and we had a very good relationship. She helped me through my pain and treated me as a person and friend. One day when I went in for my appointment with Jeanine, they gave me a new Dr. Lenny Tol. Right away he was snippy with me and accused me of selling my meds. I requested to never see him again, and my next appointment was with Jeanine. I thought something was going on when she told me that she knew that I was not cheating. Two weeks later I got a call that Dr. Lenny Tol wanted me to take my meds to the pharmacy for a pill count. I got on it right away, and watched my pharmacist count and send a fax to him. The next business day I was called and dismissed from their care. Dr. Tol said I did not do as ask, was the reason I was dismissed. I called my pharmacy and they had sent the fax and had the confirmation. This guy had a problem with me and cost me the best Dr. I have ever had. Do not see Dr. Lenny Tol...I just hope it doesn't affect the good Dr. Jeanine Godec...she is as good as gold.

This facility has no idea of what the nature of a person's complaints and pain issues are and how bad they are suffering. They should be reported for giving out pain meds to people who barely have any pain, maybe addiction, but those of us who have multiple chronic pain issues that we have to live for a lifetime get treated like a liar, a complete fool, and are allowed to continue to suffer because with all their medical knowledge, they don't even have enough common sense to read a report that shows a person's diagnosis. One star for the druggies that get their dope every month, us that suffer continue to do so.

Fair enough they have their set of issues. The waiting room is plain with no personality with a receptionist to match. The receptionist has a habit of wanting to play god and triage only the messages he wants to the Drs.. This has caused problems, at least for me. This on-going lack of professionalism seems to be of no importance to their manager 'Phill ', he can't accept the fact that he can make mistakes and hire wrong un-qualified people. While trying to correct this problem caused by the male receptionist my pharmacy tried 4 times to contact SPC and was finally faxed by SPC not to fax anymore. An A+ in patient welfare. I was also told that since I took an old med since I waited 3 weeks for this med hold-up to clear up the receptionists lack of judgement that I would be written up for the incredibly crappy job of the receptionists mistake. It seems they like to write everyone else up but themselves. There have been several prescription mistakes all documented by my pharmacy. I finally had to make a formal complaint. My Dr. thought this was a good idea too so then did I understand that the receptionist must be an idiot with them too. Her only excuse was that he was young, lame.
I think they mean well but they just don't do well.

After the first of year they started doing there drug testing in house which is fine but there is a chance of false positives using the type of testing machines they are using. I just got booted because my doctor claimed I had a pain medication in my system that I have not taken in over 3 years!! I am going to try and contact the lab and try and have the sample retested, if not I am going to ask to speak to the clinic director
