Dr Maltz took time to ask careful questions, to be empathetic and supportive, and to explain clearly. I felt free to ask questions and understood the information I got from him. Rare to get great communication from a Dr these days, he is a gem . He does all his own paperwork and insurance and explained all that clearly as well, no surprises!
