The new company--Transformations--that bought out InterCare is terrible!!! Their setup is atrocious. They assume that we know how to set up a patient notebook. They assume that we patients know our clinician's ID. I have yet to figure out how to even view my bill! They assume too much. That is never beneficial especially when dealing with mental health issues.

The entire staff from receptionist to providers are very compassionate and professional. Everyone, especially my therapist was so good and helped me so much I am so happy I went to Intercare. I can not find anything negative to say about the organization.

Terrible practice. You can wait for close to 1 hour for your set appt. CRNP are not managed by the MD's, therefore pushing medication and not monitoring your condition. This is a money making venture with little insight into mental health. No one here care much about the patient besides, the practice folks look pretty miserable (just look at their faces). I would not recommend this practice!!

I have been a patient of Intercare for many years. When I first started going I was very nervouse but that nervousness quickly dissolved the very first visit. From that point on, I was treated with great respect and care. The office staff has been very compassionate and understanding. They work with the patients on any difficulties or challenges. The physicians are excellent, I have received wonderful care there from the very beginning and continued to do so. I have no negative feelings or opinions to state. I feel very fortunate and blessed that I was referred to Intercare and everyone associated within.

I have been a patient of Intercare for more than 10 years. I have had very good physicians there. There is a serious lack of empathy on the part of the office staff. I have significant issues with medication being refilled timely and if there was a problem they wouldn't let you know, unless of course it was a billing issue. If I could keep my physicians but drop the business, I would. I'm their case the business comes before the patient.

I have been a patient with Intercare for fifteen years. They have provided excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend the practice if asked for a referral. Their team of dedicated professionals make you and your individual mental health issues a priority. I would not be functioning at this high level without their care as I have a rather complicated case.

Everyone I ever dealt with there cared and was kind. Miracles dont happen overnight and people need to be more patient with slow progress -look how long it took them to have the problem they do. try to be open minded If the therapist isnt answering your questions make that be the first thing that you say. and be persistent in an answer. and well sometimes people just dont click let it go ..move on.
sure its expensive but what isnt . pedicures are rediculous to and thats just vanity. at least this is working with the "whole" you not just toes. I think the place has a comforting feel to it.

My issue with intercare is with the administrative staff. The professional help I received there was excellent. The support staff there is subpar. Office manager waisted my time and was inconsiderate on a few occasions. Having me drive up to there office just "to put a face with the name for future referance" was the first problem. Although they were helping me fill a prescription I needed was helpful, the " face to face" was rude and inconsiderate. The second problem was having to wait several weeks for FMLA papers that were needed, at least returned, in a few days. Not 3 weeks later. Also chastised on a voice mail for filling portions out ahead of time. Which is what I was asked to do in the previous year. Yep I'm leavin that place. There are more providers out there to choose from
