Every time my son and I tried to give the therapist my input or concern, he just interrupted me or cut us off. He didn't care at all what my son and I had to say. He would even tell us what we meant and how we felt. It was ridiculous. My son and I had a horrible experience with the first therapist who literally laughed at my son and spoke to both of us like we were idiots. We never felt so disrespected in our lives. The second therapist has been ok. My son doesn't feel that she is helping but at least she is not disrespectful. The psychiatrist is wonderful and included my son in every aspect of his treatment. The office staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. It was really difficult to get an appointment with them. I became very frustrated. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

This is a large practice with numerous therapists, as a result, the waiting room has a a "cattle call" feel to it.

Appointments were *very* difficult to get, with lead times of a month or more.

Therapist seemed uninterested/disengaged. Her questions were not insightful, and her reaction to my child was, at best, cool.

Phone messages were not returned reliably.

I would not recommend Intercare.
