I'm posting a review here in response to the person claiming Lou was (or at least appeared) intoxicated during several sessions and kept chatting rather than doing therapy:

I saw Lou for the better part of a year in 2012-2013, and I didn't once encounter any problematic behavior on her part. I've seen therapists and counselors before and it was no better or worse than the norm. She's a perfectly competent and professional counselor.

Ms. Blankenburg seems more interested in chatting than doing therapy. I went to her in severe distress and she kept trying to distract me by making small talk. On several occasions, she seemed intoxicated.
