They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel extremely cared for. I was offered tea and water before and after my session. I knew that I could count on him to take great care of me. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around (the heart of SoHo) and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. Because it is such a personal setting they would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Every question and concern I had was addressed. Charlton is attentive and I never felt ignored. Even when notified that he has a personal phone call, he always waits to take it later. Full attention was always on me and it made me feel special. Charlton is a wonderful person and a gifted healer.
