26 years in private practice. Holistic therapeutic massage integrating advanced Eastern & Western modalities to achieve a customized approach for stress reduction, musculoskeletal issues, dysfunctional posture and movement patterns, repetitive strain and other injuries.
Helps manage a variety of medical and orthopedic conditions, including cancer, pre/post-surgery, and pre/post-natal. Work with wide age range, from children to the elderly.
Extensive advanced training in neurokinetic and neuromuscular therapies, myofascial release, medical and sports therapy, shiatsu, reiki, reflexology and aromatherapy. Teaches massage, reflexology, shiatsu and reiki. Developed professional workshops as an independent educator and course curriculums as an adjunct college professor.

Recent Reviews
I have been suffering from chronic neck and back pain from a car accident many years ago. I have had several treatments with Catherine over the past several months. Being an energy facilitator myself, I feel her ability to know where the body needs to be treated. The home exercises she has taught me have helped relieve the pain associated with my years of chronic pain. Thank you Catherine!

This woman is so very knowledgable. She was singlehandedly able to help me thorugh a very painful period where each doctor i visited dealt with only one aspect of the problem. Ms Stapelton dealt with the body as a whole and as a result helped me get control of the situation that was causing so much pain.
