I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

We used to go to Bethesda Pediatrics in Chandler back in 2005 and followed Dr. Garcia to Queen Creek, we no longer go to the Queen Creek office, and have since switched back to Bethesda in Chandler because Dr. Garcia left the Queen Creek office. We were not at all happy with the new pediatrician, and staff members attitudes after she left. She did not seem informed enough to answer all my questions, it seemed she constantly was doubting and hesitating in her answers. I need a doctor that is confident in her advice, and we didn't receive that with the new doctor. Also, the staff was rude to me and the office environment not at all the same as it used to be. We do really like Bethesda Pediatrics in Chandler, the staff there is always friendly and both the pediatricians are very well informed and great with my children!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I don't knwo what that other person is talking about becasue that office staff is very friendly and the dr spends a lot of time, my first time there she spend a lot of time with me to understand all my needs.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The waiting room here is spacious.. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make ay too many appointments. ALSO i notice after reading the bad reviews every bad feedback someone response with a great feedback looks fishy ,,,,the truth is that shes not a good DR. at ALL she only cares about the MONEY and not the health of you're CHILD that's the reason why i pull my kids from that terrible office

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

They were cold and not friendly enough. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. This provider has very little helpful information to give me. She was rude and made my child cry.

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I had to wait a few days to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I was kind of disappointed at how much they didnt knew about child safety and nutrition. They only gave me the most basic information. I had to wait a long time in the waiting room and I felt rushed.
