Dr Gomez is a good pediatrician, who is warm, compassionate and open minded to my thoughts and opinions. When I call her office, I can always get the appt. times I need or even a same day appt. During the well exams she spends alot of time in the room going over all my questions and is able to give me good advice. Dr. Gomez and her staff are always knowledgeable and very friendly. Everytime I go it has been a good experience.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. I feel comfortable talking to Dr. Gomez, she is very knowledgeable and sincerely cares about my kids. They've always put my child's needs first. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. If my child is sick, they have always welcome me the same day, even late in the day, i love that, I don't have to pay an expensive co-pay at the ER or urgent care.

They had signs in the waiting room designating areas for "sick" and "well" children, but I didn't really notice anyone following it. It wasn't really enforced and the signs weren't that noticeable. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I was disappointed with how little they knew about immunizations. I was hoping they'd be able to inform me a little more. The doctor is very unfriendly and seems like she has no idea what she is doing.
