,Great very attentive. Made the family feel comfortable.all of the nursing staff. The hospital was very clean. The doctor was very responsive to myself and my families questions. I would recommend kindred for any families love one.

This place has been wonderful. The hospital before this saved my life,now you guys here are taking me the rest of the way. Staff has been so attentive to my needs. Donald Trump couldn't ask for better service. I feel so Blessed, nurses like Twain, GiGi, and others I can't think of right now makes all the difference, you can tell it's not just a job for them and they love what they do. They do things like hold my hand when I'm having a panic attack, even Jason the Therapist offered to sit and have lunch with me to make sure I was calm and comfortable. Even the people that I don't know, always just pass by to make sure I am ok. I love you all for all you've done for me to make sure I get better

I must say after a couple of days hear I was ready to go. It was noisy and looked like everything was going wrong. I just wanted to get out. I shared my concerns with a nurse Name Amy and she addressed all my concerns , by the end of the day she came in to let me know she informed the team of my issues and she had ideas to fix the problems I was having. They were all addressed and taken care of and I am now ready to continue my treatment and I am well content and pleased with All that's going on. I am now waiting for my doctors to come in so we can discussed my care further.

The nurses at Kindred Northwest are Exceptional. They are kind, always willing to assist when I need help. The responsiveness of the nurses are prompt and they always come with a smile. They are extremely friendly. Awesome staff If I must say so myself I really can not complain. My room is always clean, the food is not so bad, but it's hospital food so you can't expect much. If been to a couple of hospital before coming here and this hospital has helped heal my wounds when none of the others could so I am ever so grateful to the wound care team for there hard work. If ever you needed to come to a facility like this Northwest would be the best place to choose.

The reason that I chose this facility was because of the Doctors being so close to were we live, I had my son to look up the facitlity and it was close to home so we decided to come. The nurses here are friendly and helpful. Overall we there are a group of really good people here. Nurse Abby is really good as well as a respiratory therapist name Steve, they both take the time to explain things to you and make sure you have a clear understanding. I cant leave out the nurse Renita who is also very good at taking the time to explain things were I can understand. The tech Ha is very good as well, she always go the extra mile to make sure mother is taken care of. We may call her in for one thing, but before she leaves she always takes care of other things.

The staff are very supportive,addressing our concerns with utmost care and sensitivity as if my husband, the patient, is their family and that we are very grateful and appreciate each and everyday during our confinement in this hospital. Our MDs' - Dr. Elati & Dr. Diwan are very good in their field of expertise wherein my husband medical condition has dramatically improved a lot. Lucille & JR, the nurse supervisors, are so caring and listens especially to our medical needs, RNs' Almira,Mae,Fannine,Monica, Alma, Jackie and other nurses too are all very service oriented,knowledgeable,kind and very compassionate. Alice, HBO RN, is so very good and patient in treating my husband to his most needed regimen. Of course also their CNAs' Debra,Lucresha and others are all great taking care of his other needs. Ms Schelita and Ms Tamara are there also taking care of my husband welfare. We thanked God we've found a very good and caring hospital. If ever you need some medical care / treatment especially to your loved ones and friends, Kindred Northwest Hospital is the bents way to go. Thanks so much again to all the Kindred NW staff and more power. We are very grateful and thankful of your care and services rendered.

Before arriving I was told that this was an older building but they said they would take good care of me, but my expectation was very low. When I arrived the facility was clean and I love that. I was brought to the floor and I was taken care of immediately. The staff is excellent they know what they are doing if there is something i need they don't hesitate to call the doctor and get it taken care of. The nurses are caring, attentive to all my needs. There was a nurse and I can't remember her name, I had a bad night one night and I was having a crying attack, she sat on the side of my bed and calmed me down, she said sometimes you just have to let it go. The tech are great, always offering there assistance. Ms. Barbara is very good I wanted a bath and had been hesitant to get in the shower but she took care of everything and made sure she cleaned up things afterwards.therapy seem to be very caring and they take time to explain things to you, they are very patient. So I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to kindred northwest

Kindred NW has an excellent nursing staff, respiratory therapists, wound care team and dieticians. Dr Talati is a very knowledge and caring doctor who is always available to answer our questions. They all provide great support not only to the patient, but to the family as well.

Let me say this I have been in several hospitals in the past 2years and this one by far has been the best one. I get to see my doctors everyday and they let me know what's going on daily. The staff is attentive to my needs above and beyond measures. No matter what the issue they make sure that it's resolved. I would like to take the time to thank these group of people who has made this hospital stay a bareable one. Charles fontenette(my physical therapist) ,Sam asomah (nurse) Michelle fortune, jaqueline rose (nurse) Sonja Browne (cna) shakiarita kadiri (nurse) Sarah Gauthreaux (nurse) Annette Charles (nurse) Schelitia Toran (patient relations) . Awesome group of people on staff . I even was seranaded twice since I've been here by a gospel choir and also a young lady playing the violin so beautifully.

This kindred is like my second home. The service is excellent. The nurses are excellent I received great care. They are kind, compassionate and very efficient . They always answer the call light in a timely manner and I appreciate that. The techs are good, very skilled about what they are doing . The food is excellent this time compared to before. Jeanne is one of the good nurses that has made my stay great and I can not say enough about Sonya Brow she has taken such good care of me. Sonya gives the best bed bath, she is fast and she is efficient . Everybody is great but those two stand out the most. I like my doctors , they are very good, they come to visit me everyday.
