My daughter was here some years pass so I kinda knew what to expect, but they did more than just meet my expectations they went over and beyond. The staff was so nice. Even the food for me was amazing. I would highly recommend I met people like Latonya who was just extra pleasant that’s just one of the CNa’s ,I had an incident were I dropped my phone in the commode and she immediately with no hesitation went and found me a phone so that I would be able to call my husband to bring me another one. Then I met Cindy one of the occupational therapist who was just a doll. But the majority of the staff was just wonderful I can’t complain about anything or anyone and everything is always so clean and that’s important.

The Staff at Kindred Hospital NW Houston have been extremely good. They are taking wonderful care of my husband and helping us as much as possible.
My patient Representative, Schelitia, has been exceptional. She listens to me, checks in with me and truly cares. I am very thankful for all of the support and expertise being shared with me during such an unexpected tragedy that my poor husband has suffered through. Gratefully, Claudia L Smith
