The care that was extended to my mother in law was nothing short of amazing , they were so professional and so compassionate and caring. They motivated her to want to do better, encouraged her daily and I so appreciate all the staff that took care of her . She was excited everyday to see her therapist because they were always coming in with so much energy and excited to see what she would learn new for that day. Her room was always so nice and Clean and organized. Definitely the right choice bringing her here.

Excellent care, nurses and all staff are very compassionate and caring . We have absolutely no complaints. It’s always so clean and smells so good all the time and the housekeeping staff are friendly as well. Excellent physical therapy , they always encouraged him even when he didn’t want to cooperate.

The staff works hard to take care of the patients. They are overworked and overwhelmed in many instances. They always addressed my concerns.

My staying there was about three months and my room what's clean daily and the staff where is very friendly just to name a few that I remember 1 Schelitia which encouraged me daily. When you can't or don't have family it helps to have someone to give you encouragement. 2 Charles/pt & 3 Natalie

My dad was admitted to Kindred Northwest after suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury. All of the people we encountered at Kindred were really great to work with and everyone took really great care of my dad. All of the doctors, nurses, CNAs, Respiratory team, OT, PT, case management and main desk on the 4th floor (special mention for Mrs Patel….she really goes above and beyond to help) were all patient, kind and top notch. We were a very hands on family, visiting my dad everyday, and they always answered all of our questions and requests with great attitudes and were all eager to make sure my dad and our family were always happy. Thank you so much Kindred Northwest for taking such good care of of my dad. We really appreciate it!!’

I love this hospital because the people are kind and compassionate and caring. Everything about this place i feel like their genuine. And really go out of their way to make sure your comfortable and you feel loved and thought about. They motivate me. When I went there, i was really depressed and they really motivated me.im a totally different person than before. I have too many reasons why I am truly Blessed , they give me reason to push forward. Special thanks to all the nurses,CNAs, Therapists.. Thank you for all that you do.
Schelitia, who does Patient Relations, became a very special friend. She truly advocates for the patients and cares about their feelings and well-being. She took time out of her busy day as a career woman, mother, and wife, to come by my hospital room and braid my hair. She is a SuperWoman!! 🦸‍♀️ 🦸‍♀️ Anybody that can Tackle my hair after a long day has to be. 🤣🤣🤣

The staff has been great, Charles in rehab is the best.lakeyea and debra are 2 wonderful assistants. Schelitia is great and their all very professional at all times. The care has been great , I can not complain with only one not so pleasant incident overall the care was very good

I have had an awesome experience here. The staff here is very nice. Always willing to assist me when I need help. I have been able to start walking again and I really appreciate all they have done for me . The therapy department worked well with me and their even writing a story about me which is really exciting.

There is not one bad thing I have to say about this place. I don’t even know what to say all I can say is I Love you all. Everyone has done so much to take care of me. Everyone is so sweet , so personable , they make me feel so comfortable. Always checking on me, even when I wasn’t myself and was saying some awful things they tell me. They have help me to get better and I am so grateful and I will miss everyone so much when I leave. Right now the tears won’t stop falling because I love these guys so very much. Thank you

This place is just wonderful,the staff is so kind and caring and compassionate. You can tell they are so genuine in what they do. All of the staff from the nurses, to the Techs to the entire therapy department, including Patient Relations. My Room is always kept clean and they just make sure they do whatever it takes to make sure your comfortable and happy all the time. I did not want to come initially I was so depress and down because of how my life turned around so quickly, but I got here and met People like Walid,Aliana and shelita and so many more I knew I made the right decision .Special thanks to the entire staff that helped me in my recovery.
