Do not send your child here especially if you suspect an eating disorder. It could be dangerous. there is no oversight for mealtimes and throwing up. It was a terrible experience for me and my child. the clinical staff was unhelpful and we never saw a psychiatrist, only a nurse practitioner. We ended up worse off then when we went there.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, I left with more problems than I came with!
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

No. I still haven't talked to them.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I didn't notice anything bad. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I will recommend Four winds Hospital to all my friends and family. I also suggest that in each single unit, the Hospital has blank feedback forms, not only for children, but also for their parents. I like its staff, Doctors and team management. At the Lodge Unit, they help my son overcome his fear of the hospital, through both human and professional cares. One more time, I say thanks to Four Winds Hospital!
