I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort in the doctors office in the back. The staff up front really knows what they're doing and went the extra mile to get me answers. They're able to answer most of my questions out at the front desk. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there, in the doctors office. I've seen worse optometrists for sure so I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
