One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were friendly and made me feel at home. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I am thrilled to have found Dr. Malik. I feel very comfortable going to him, and will continue to do so. He's a good listener which is an essential quality for any Doctor. He explains everything, and when I leave I feel confident knowing what I need to know. He's excellent, and I highly recommend him!
