The entire time I was there, their entire attention was focused on me. I felt very cared for. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Every time I go, I'm always surprised by how respectful and courteous they are. I've never been treated with more respect by any other professional.

The only thing I have to say about this provider is my son underwent a psychological evaluation the end of November no problem getting the appointment, however we still have been unable to get the results. Mean time he has ended up Having to take a break from school, Due to stress. When I called about evaluation I was told it would take 60 days it has been well past that and we still have not heard from the office.
