Worse doctor we have seen. He handed me papers that were info from online and billed my insurance. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time as he acts very strange. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this doctor to anyone I know. I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed and very unprofessional. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it.
They gave me a plan of what to expect but I never received any of what was listed and they billed my insurance. That is fraud. Even though they had my basic past history information right in front of them they had no idea what to do with it, Doctor and staff had argument in front of me and I found that very unprofessional.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. Insane how staff scope out patients at meetings, in groups, and appear everyone searching for patients. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They left me alone in the appointment room for too long. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I had to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. Using copyrighted videos and copied stories to treat. I will never return. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they seem to know the answer. They even made mistakes with my insurance.

When they started to give me advice that seemed biased, I began to doubt their motives. I didn't trust that they were giving me advice that would genuinely help me. It takes them forever to get back to me. They're only concerned about themselves. If you want something prepare to stroke egos. Their office was simple enough to find. The waiting area here is rather cramped. Biggest complaint is that Dr Ellis hides behind his "Dr" and loves to name drop. He's only a doctor of education and when push comes to shove on an IEP his advice...and the money you spent to get it is thrown right out the window. His staff is always changing so if one person tells you one thing it might cost you some money to correct their mistake. Good luck.

Staff argued in front of us.. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. Their prices were not fair and I got ripped off. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Bad experience. Never again.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
