I use to do rescue and started going to The Cares Center right after the opened. In fact, i was going to the other center in Brooksville before Cares opened while waiting for Cares to open. I love the staff and the the care they give is amazing. I'll be going back again in January for my Furkids to get the shots and 1 of my kids needs a dental. They are amazing and i highly recommend them.

Although this place is slightly out of the way for me, I continue to go there because of the service, price & great care they offer at a moderate charge. The staff is very friendly as well! .Annual vaccines unless you request to see the vet are much cheaper. So glad I can give my pet a quality life without going broke

Horrible woman who works there on Monday's. Very uncaring, no compassion for others or their pets, toke my money knowing they had no resources on treating or even checking my dog, then proceeded to talk very rudely about my financial situation due to the fact I get paid biweekly so needed a loan from family till I could pay it back, which I'm sure if you're human have needed a hand once in a while. Regardless of the finances it was not a issue to begin with we had the cost covered, the issue to start with was they did not do a proper exam, no blood work, fecal, X-ray or anything just felt his stomach asked some questions and gave me pills for him then sent me home. He is not getting much better at all and is now vomiting after consumption of the pills. Being I don't get paid till Friday no way to take him for a new exam elsewhere due to all my money going to these cheapskates ,oh and not to mention the refuse to correct it like IDK charging for the pills but refunding my exam fee seeing as they never really examined him to begin with,but had no problem taking my money, bashing my finances, attempting to label me as a careless undeserving owner (by far untrue, if I had been I would have neglected his treatment and let him die or do like most from around here do which would be put him down at him and bury him!) & at the end I made her aware I will be reporting them, she snaps back and says oh well make sure you tell them you have no finances to care for your dog. Now as humans or any living breathing thing we all run across hard times whether it be in nature or in daily life I work and work hard, I make decent money but having bills it goes quick but in no way and I some poor begger who can't care for my pets and to be labeled and have this woman assume that's the case is discriminating on me and down right malpractice and should not be allowed. Not to mention I called while the were open a hour after I had left and he started vomiting and got no response all weekend had tried to reach them and got nothing but told that if I needed to get him rechecked that the would do it at the other colleague vet which little Did I know needed authorization from them, which they closed right after we spoke so yes no help all weekend and then had this happen today when I finally got someone on the phone, but they are perfectly fine taking your money, not treating the pet, treating you like just paper then proceeding to send you elsewhere for more fees! Badly ran company!!!
