I have been taking my cats to Dr. Etter, for over 20 years, he is wonderful with my cats, and I just met his son who is just as wonderful as his DAD.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

I love Dr. Etter! He speaks to you in lay person terms and offers ways to help your pet without sending you to a specialist (my dog has skin issues). He is always willing to spend the time with you and your pet to be sure you understand how best to help- he is friendly and personable.

His staff knows me and my dog and cats when we walk in the door and we always feel welcomed.

I would recommend this office to anyone looking for care for their furry children.
